Yes. Security cards will be issued to Monthly Pass, Weekend Pass, Student Pass, and Senior Pass members. As entering into this facility, you will be required to authenticate your identity using your security key. If you forget to bring your key, please ask at the gym reception. If it is being lost or stolen, reissue fee of 1,100 yen will be charged. Additionally, the key cannot be lent or transferred to a third party. If you are found to have lent or transferred your security key to a third party, your membership will be immediately terminated. A security card will not be issued for 4 times/Month pass members. A stamp card (membership card) will be issued, so please bring it with you when coming to the gym. A security card will not be issued for Visitor Pass. Please note that once you leave, you will not be able to re-enter.

We open 24 hours. Staff hours is from 09:00 to 21:00, and the gym will be operated without staff outside of staff hours. Senior Pass members are limited to use the facility from 06:00 to 18:00. Applidation/ withdraw of membership, protein shakes, personal training sessions, visitor reception, and 4 times/Month pass entry are only available during staff hours from 09:00 to 21:00. Visitors must leave the gym until 24:00. 4 times/Month pass members can leave anytime you want.

You can use the parking lot adjacent to the gym (Toride Nishiguchi Parking lot) free of charge for up to 3 hours. Please present your parking ticket to the reception when leaving the building. We will issue a 3-hour free service ticket. Parking fees will be borne by the member if the parking period exceeds 3 hours.

Yes, you may use the gym with your outdoow shoes. If your shoes are very dirty or wet, use the mat at the entrance to remove the dirt and water before entering.

Yes, there is. Number of the private locker is limited, but there are still vacancy. The inner dimensions are 35cm (depth) * 25cm (height) * 25cm (width). Private locker fee is 1,100 yen per month.

We are equipped with shower rooms. There is a hair dryer in the shower room, but there are no towels, shampoo/conditioner, body soap, etc., so please bring your own. There are no rental towels.
